Brings nearly three decades of nonprofit leadership to child abuse prevention
(Harrisburg, PA) – Pennsylvania Family Support Alliance (PFSA), the state leader in child abuse prevention and mandated reporter training, proudly announces that Ann Moffitt, ACFRE, a well-regarded Central Pennsylvania human services leader, has assumed the role of Director of Development.

Moffitt previously served as: Vice President of Community Development and CEO of Keystone Partnership at Keystone Human Services; Director of Development, Hemlock Girl Scout Council; and President & CEO, Greater Harrisburg Area YWCA. “We are thrilled to have Ann join us in our mission to ensure that every child can grow and thrive in Pennsylvania, free from abuse and neglect,” said Angela Liddle, President and CEO of PFSA. “Not only does Ann possess a 30+ year record of achievement in human services, she also has a special gift of bringing together people who care deeply about the quality of life in our communities and encouraging them to contribute financially to the good health and success of our residents. We are proud to have Ann on our team to help protect kids in PA.”
“Nurturing children and adults in vulnerable populations to build strong families and strengthen their community ties is my life’s work,” noted Moffitt. “I am excited to join PFSA and to develop new partnerships that enhance support for parents and provide top-notch training for professionals and volunteers who work with children. Together, we can improve the safety of the children in our commonwealth.”
Moffitt serves on the Board of Trustees of several regional organizations: The Byrnes Health Education Center; The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Central PA Chapter; PA District Kiwanis International; and is President-elect of the Greater West Shore Kiwanis Club.
