In the event that you or we file a lawsuit against one another, you agree that the lawsuit will take place in the federal or state courts located in [COUNTY, PA], which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such lawsuits, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
