HARRISBURG, Pa. – Pa Family Support Alliance (PFSA), the commonwealth’s leader in child abuse and neglect prevention, has appointed Heather Nicarry to its governing board of directors.

“Heather’s expertise in finance and accounting is a big asset to PFSA,” said Angela Liddle, PFSA President and CEO. “Her skills in managing finances, planning, and ensuring compliance will help us stay transparent, sustainable, and effective. She’s been a valuable member of our finance committee over the last year, and we are delighted with her transition to a board seat.”

Nicarry is an accomplished finance executive with over 25 years of experience in hospitality, gaming, and entertainment. She serves as treasurer at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (HE&R) Company, overseeing treasury operations, payroll, insurance programs, sales tax and fixed asset accounting. Prior to joining HE&R, Nicarry had roles with Penn Entertainment and Keystone Human Services.

She obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Elizabethtown College and is a volunteer at Milton Hershey School.

“I’m honored to join the PFSA board and to work alongside passionate advocates and professionals dedicated to creating safe, supportive spaces for children to grow,” Nicarry said. “Building strong communities is a shared effort, and I’m eager to help drive meaningful impact across the commonwealth.”
